We inform you that your subscription to ACO has to be updated when
you subscribe to Club 24 Web.

member, I am asked to pay 8 euros for my subscription that should
be free, why?

Point your mouse at the icon “network connection” on the
bottom right of your screen to check that you are connected to the
Internet. If you are online, our website may have a temporary network
problem. Please wait a moment and click on the green arrow next to
your navigator bar to update the page.
• I didn’t receive my member
card.
You will receive it the 30 June at the latest.
• I have downloaded a video, a photo
or goodies and I can’t find them on my computer.
Do a Research with the Start menu of your computer then Search.
- If you search a video, type in the box and click on Videos. The
computer will search all videos with the format Windows Media Player
(the player the more used on PCs).
- If you search a photo or goodies, tick the box Pictures and Photos
and type the name of the file or "jpg" in the box Research.
• It takes much time to download a
video, why?
First, you should take into account how speed your Internet connection
is. If your ADSL connection is lower than 2 Mbits, it will probably
take longer to download, please wait.
• How can I read the video that I have
just downloaded?
Once you have downloaded the video, go to the file where you saved
it and click twice on the icon. The video will be launched in your
player.
• I cannot see videos/I have received
an error message.
your player may not be adapted. Please go to the website Microsoft
to download for free the last Windows Media Player.
• I cannot listen to the radio.
Check the sound, this error is frequent. Click on the icon "speaker"
on the bottom right of your screen and deactivate the box "mute".
• The webcam doesn’t work, what
can I do?
We remind you that it is not a video sequence, so it is normal that
pictures are transmitted slower than with your private webcam for
example.
• Why cannot I take advantage of a
video sequence?
Our contracts with some TV channels don’t allow us any diffusion
of live videos.
• I cannot open the gazette, why?
The gazette is in PDF format. You have to check that the software
Adobe Reader, that will enable you to read PDF files, is installed
in your computer. If not, you can download it for free if you click
here
• How can I download goodies or photos?
Click on the element, save, choose the file in which you wish to save
it (in My documents for example) and click on OK. Go to that file
to have access to the downloaded element.
• How do I choose the right size for
my wallpaper?
Wallpapers are available in two sizes. It depends on the place you
want it to take on your screen. The 1280*1024 format takes the whole
surface of the screen. Don’t hesitate to test the two sizes
to choose the one which is more convenient to you.
• How do I install the wallpaper?
Once you have downloaded the wallpaper, go to the Desktop. Right click
and select Property. Click on the tab Desktop. |
